Amari has been commissioned to do a complete shell and core refurbishment of an apartment located in one of Kensington's iconic mansion blocks.
The redesign includes an extensive reconfiguration of the existing plan to allow a more flowing and cohesive experience.
The new design and specification incorporates Smallbone kitchen, Neatsmith wardrobes, bathroom by West One as well as an air-conditioning system that does not require exterior condensers.
As well as this the apartment will be fully automated with extensive future proof audiovisual and cabling systems.
This is a truly fantastic client and brief that our design team is thankful to be given the opportunity. Amari is also coordinating the licence to alter, all associated third party professionals as well as doing the interior design and specification.
