Design & Build including Interior Furnishings
This project was a design & build which included in all the soft furnishing and audiovisual equipment. The client, a major foreign bank, were specific in their requirements and the project was won after a lengthy tender process.
Again it was complete strip and start again project allowing our designers to be in control of materials and detailing and working hand-in-hand with the client produce a finished project to be proud of.
The property, located on a quiet side road Kensignton was a shell and core refit including the addition of a mansard to the third-floor level. All aspects were managed for the client, it was a true turn-key project which not only included obtaining the planning permission but organising the purchase of the freehold for our clients and all aspect in-between.
The garden was not left untouched with a modern make-over to ensure our clients could make the most of the outside space all year round.
Our designer delivered a contemporary interior design with an eclectic mix of furniture to add depth and payers to the final product. Onyx and Carrara porcelain in the bathrooms, bespoke wardrobes in the bedrooms and handless lacquered cabinet to the kitchen and utility room all came together in a cohesive final product.
A completely new integrated air-conditioning system hidden in the joinery along with underfloor heating and smart home technology also adds to convenience and comfort living in the wonderful Kensington.
