A Tale of Two Maisonettes
Nestled away on one of Fulham's famous alphabet streets off Fulham Palace Road, this mid-terrace purpose build ground and upper-floor maisonette had seen better days. Planning permission was sort and obtained for ground floor and upper floor extensions as well as a complete internal strip out and re-design.

The ground floor flat has side return infill and rear additions with floor to ceiling glazing as well as multiple roof lights to let the light flood in. As well as this the two bedroom flat has undergone a complete internal redesign using only the very best products. From the Tadelakt to the en suites to the Roundhouse kitchen and bespoke joinery the level of finish is exceptional.

The upper maisonette too follows the same design and finish principles of the ground floor with a fantastic double height living/kitchen/dining room to the front of the property. It too benefits from Roundhouse kitchen, Tadelakt bathrooms and bespoke wardrobes.

Both units also have multi-room audio visual installations, ribbon hole-in-the-wall fireplaces and bespoke floor to ceiling doors that hide away opening up then floor plan and creating unique and flowing apartments unlike any in the surrounding area. As well as this there is underfloor heating through and shadow gap detailing to architraves and skirting.

Every detail has been designed and created to produce a truly special development.
The reconfiguration of the two apartments was conceived and designed by Athens-based architect Anastasia G. Filippeou. Amari-London undertook the implementation design and the on site supervision of this project.
